We aim to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. 

However, we understand that sometimes your plans change. In order to accommodate such changes and protect our mutual interests please take a moment to review our:

Refunds and Cancellation:

 

1. Single Sessions:

 

• For cancellations made MORE than 24 hours before a lesson, the session can be re-scheduled without penalty; a full refund can be offered; or a credit for the lesson cost can be held over and used against your next booking of the same lesson duration or higher.

• Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before your upcoming booking will not be eligible for a refund nor a credit (see exceptional circumstances).

2. Packages:

 

• Unused sessions in a package can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the purchase.

• Any sessions (or minutes) already used will be charged at the SINGLE session rate for each lesson duration, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances:

 

• Refunds due to medical emergencies or unexpected/extreme personal circumstances beyond your control will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
